We are proud to re-open Southville Thali after a major refurbishment – and can now boast one of the best bars on North Street. Step inside our new Delhi drinking den where we are serving cocktails and craft beers selected to accompany Indian street food flavours.
The new bar features a ‘raft’ roof suspended by a block tackle that supports the structure and ties into the industrial heritage of the Tobacco Factory building. We’ve recycled artefacts from our travels to India like old buckets to create new light fittings. The kitchen has been partially exposed to help you work up an appetite with the sights and smells of Indian street food.
New to the bar menu is must-try Camden Gentleman’s Wit, brewed with lemon and bergamot it’s an outstanding match for feisty flavours. Discover our extensive range of local, from afar, infused and botanical gins perfectly pared with a range of homemade Thali tonics. Our favourites are the four times distilled Cornish Curio Rock Samphire Gin and Bath Tub Gin infused with orange peel, cinnamon and cloves. Keep it classic with the house tonic or add an adventurous twist of darjeeling.
